GC "Ramazan" is one of the backbone food enterprises of Kazakhstan, which includes: 10,000 hectares of sown and pasture land, 1,500 hectares of irrigated land with the installation of 7 irrigation systems, 2 grain elevators
(total simultaneous storage capacity of 80 thousand tons of grain), 2 mills (production capacity of 200 tons of flour per day), egg poultry farm (capacity of 450 thousand eggs per day), bakery (production capacity 70 tons of bakery products per day), confectionery shop (production capacity 6 tons of cookies per day), pasta shop (production capacity 8 tons per day), feed shop(production capacity of 90 tons of feed per day, of which the poultry farm’s own consumption is 55 tons per day), a chain of Ramazan food stores of the same name.

The average number of employees of the Ramazan Group of Companies is about 500 employees. Ramazan Group of Companies owns and accredits 3 laboratories for quality control of flour, pasta, bakery, confectionery and egg products. Additionally, the plant’s laboratory carries out quality control of incoming, stored and transferred grain for processing, as well as operational control at all stages of the technological process from grain processing to production of finished products.

The manufactured products "RAMAZAN" are environmentally friendly products, produced without the use of artificial components and GMOs, as well as various chemical and biological additives. The entire product line of Ramazan Group of Companies has a Halal certificate.
HISTORY OF "RAMAZAN" COMPANIES

Flour mill - Mill

Production capacity: up to 200 tons of flour per day.
Flour of the highest, first, second grade is presented in 2 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg kilogram packages.
Equipment licensed by the Swiss company BUHLER, which is one of the leaders in the storage and processing of grain on the world market.
Quality control of finished products is carried out according to the following indicators in accordance with international quality standards:
— the color of flour and its ability to darken;
— granulometric composition;
- water absorption capacity of flour;
— rheological properties of the dough according to extensograms, farinograms;
— amylolytic activity of flour;
— gas-forming and gas-holding ability of flour;
— quality of bread – based on the results of test laboratory baking.

Bread factory

Production capacity: 35 tons per day.
The product range consists of: Borodinsky bread, Shaped bread, Peasant bread, Diabetic bread, Borodinsky rye bread, Nareznoy loaf.

Bakery products are produced on Bulgarian equipment "HRANMASH ENGINEERING", and Italian equipment "mfitaly" with a production capacity of 35 tons per day.
The enterprise has its own yeast workshop, in which the temperature is constantly maintained and recharged. Due to this, the taste is surprisingly rich at the same time simple and memorable.

Borodinsky bread is made from rye flour, grade 2 wheat flour, fermented rye malt, coriander and other raw materials using traditional rye starters. Prepared using custard method according to ancient recipes. It has a pleasant sweet and sour taste and a soft aroma of coriander, characteristic of custard varieties, goes well with first courses, salads and use for sandwiches.
The “Neznoy” loaf, made from 1st grade wheat flour, belongs to the range of bakery products with excellent taste and high nutritional value. Margarine and sugar are used as components in the production of the loaf. The loaf is popular among children and adults; it has a pleasant crust color, aroma and taste, and is perfect for breakfast and dinner.
Today, the bakery produces the most popular types of bread: “shaped” wheat bread made from 1st grade flour, “Peasant” bread, “Diabetic” bread, “Borodinsky” rye bread, and sliced ​​loaf.

Confectionery shop

Production capacity – 9 tons per day.
The product range consists of: “Sugar Line” - “Ramazan”, “Honey”, “Rectangular” cookies; “Protracted Line” - cookies “Figured”, “Aktobe”, “Cracker”; “Shortbread line” - cookies “Heart”, “Ring”, “Assorted”, “Sand-cream”, “Zeynet with jam”, “Hercules”, gingerbread “Northern”.

Production is carried out on Italian equipment "Padovani".
The workshop has three production lines for cookies and gingerbread – “sugar”, “shortbread”, “lingering”. Each of the lines differs in their approach to work, the time from mixing to the release of the finished product and, most importantly, their distinctive taste properties.
Sugar cookies are characterized by significant porosity, fragility and swelling; has a pattern on the front surface, which is ensured by production from plastic dough that has an easily tearable consistency.
Long-lasting cookies are layered, have less fragility and swelling, contain less sugar and fat, and are produced from elastic dough on highly mechanized production lines of high productivity. In long dough, the moisture content of which is almost 1.5 times higher than sugar dough, the sugar content is almost 2 times less.
Shortbread cookies are produced in various shapes, small sizes, from dough that is varied in its properties and contains large amounts of sugar, fat and egg products.
Each product produced is distinguished by special taste characteristics, smooth, not burnt and without any cracks, uniform color, pleasant to the touch and properly baked, does not change shape or deform when lightly pressed.
